This product provides excellent film strength, abrasion, and impact resistance, making it ideal for filling voids, bugholes, and irregularities in precast or poured-in-place concrete, as well as other masonry substrates.

Bond Strength: Carboguard 501 exhibits outstanding bond strength to concrete and masonry, along with excellent chemical resistance to a variety of acids, alkalies, salt solutions, and oils. This makes it ideal for demanding environments requiring long-term durability and protection.

Versatility: Used extensively to fill voids and bugholes in precast or poured-in-place concrete, as well as other masonry surfaces. Suitable for industrial applications, including wastewater treatment, chemical processing, power plants, and more, where concrete repair and surfacing are required.
Theoretical Coverage: 12.8 SF/Gal at a thickness of 1/8 inch. Coverage varies based on application thickness and surface irregularities. Typical use is for patching voids or surfacing at thicknesses from 1/16" to 1/4" or more. Allow for material loss during mixing and application.
