The team is made of former landscape and construction contractors and a customer service team to help support your project needs.

We leverage regional distribution warehouses to help reduce our shipping costs and shorten the delivery time of your order. Currently we only support service to the contiguous 48 states. Typical delivery on most orders is 2-6 business days depending on the product you're looking for.  Rubber mulch orders are currently being delivered on average in 9-12 business days following the purchase.

Jake Goodwin

Jake is a primary contributor to the Material Help Desk Blog and lends his expertise from practical knowledge in the field. As a former landscape contractor in the Pacific Northwest, he's overcome many construction and landscape project concerns (fixing projects that have gone awry). 

He is also familiar with many of the typical construction materials, having spent time selling and supporting product sales at material supply distributors in the Greater Seattle area.
