Here are our customers' most common questions
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We offer free shipping on all "orders able to be shipped" to the contiguous 48 states. We do NOT offer standard shipping to either AK or Hawaii. If you wish to have your order shipped to one of these states please contact support to see if your order is suited for a custom freight quote.
When will my order arrive?
Many products have different delivery times depending on their availability and the warehouse they ship from. Please check the specific product page for a more accurate estimate of when each product will arrive. You will typically receive a separate tracking email once the shipping label is created, or receive the trace/tracking Pro number for larger pallet-size orders once the shipment leaves the warehouse.
If it has been more than a week and you still haven't received the product or a notification about your order or tracking details, please contact our support team, and we'll be glad to assist.

What should I do if my order was received damaged or broken?
If any product arrives damaged during transit and is unusable, let us know immediately so we can assist you. Please take a few photos of the affected material and email the pics along with your order number (which starts with "MW") to our friendly customer support team, and they'll get this resolved for you. support@mymaterialwarehouse.com.
What is the return policy for Material Warehouse?
Many products can be returned if they are in new, unused condition and returned within 45 days of the original purchase date.
For all eligible returns:
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items The following products are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Powered Van Ramps
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse.
- Rubber Mulch
- Rubber Molded Products (Pavers, Edging, Timbers, Ecoflex Rubber Side)
- Fire Retardants
- Slip-Resistant Vinyl Loop Matting (Sikagard, PEM)
- Coatings including Ceram Kote and Carboline
- Any modified or custom-ordered products
How to Return a Product
To process a return, you must first contact customer support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number. Once your order is verified, our support team will provide you with an RA number and detailed return instructions. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only after we receive the item and confirm it is in new, unused condition.
I made a mistake, can I still cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to assist you in canceling it, no questions asked. However, if the order has already shipped out and you still wish to return it then our standard return policy and restocking fees apply.

We're happy to provide a full material or project quote. Feel free to call us (Yes, we answer the phone and speak English), or fill out the quote request form if you prefer, and we will get back to you. Responses are usually within one business day.
