Wheelchair tie-downs are ideal for safely securing either manual or powered wheelchairs inside vehicles. The QRT Deluxe retractable anchors from Qstraint are made for individual consumer use on vans and minivans.
Each kit contains four fully automatic self-tensioning QRT Deluxe retractors and four floor anchors that utilize the slide-and-click attachment system when connecting to the vehicle floor. These anchors have an easy pull release and can be quickly removed after use and stored out of the way.
Depending on your particular situation, there are a few options:

Option A (MOST COMMON OPTION): Retractors and Anchors with lap and shoulder belts and OEM Adapter
This option is for the majority of users and is ideal when the chair is occupied when in motion, and the vehicle has an existing shoulder seatbelt available to connect an adapter into -
Option B: Retractors and Anchors only
This is useful for securing/transporting an empty wheelchair or scooter in a van without someone occupying the chair. If the chair will be occupied, please consider options A or C, depending on the situation. -
Option C: Retractors and Anchors with belts and shoulder belt mounting bracket
Use this option when the chair or scooter will be occupied when in motion and when there is NO existing shoulder seatbelt restraint to connect to. This option enables you to install a shoulder belt connection point in the van by using a mounting bracket.
